Meaning, you must be the one who starts the session, by sharing the link or meeting code with the others via any other medium of communication. So let’s just take on from the point where you’ve already created the meeting, and it has begun:Step 1: On the screen, the host will see an option for Share Screen. Click on that option. Now you’ll be headed to the Basic menu of the screen share panel.
Step 2: Now, you must choose which screen or tab you wish to share with the colleagues/friends over the Zoom meeting.

Allow Participants to Share Their Screen
As a host to a Zoom meeting, no one else other than you can share their screen. But you can allow others to share their screen on Zoom if you want to.Step 1: During the Zoom meeting, you’ll see an expand button. Click on it.

Step 2: There, you’ll see an option saying – Advanced Sharing Options. A new window will appear on screen where you’ll be able to decide multiple options to share screen.

Step 3: Under the option Who can Share? – Select All Participants.
That’s how you can share a screen on Zoom on a Windows PC and allow other participants of the meeting to do so as well.
