1. EPSON EXPRESSION PREMIUM XP-6100

The Epson Express Premium XP-6100 is a small and compact printer that captures excellent photos. One of the main highlights of this inkjet printer is its photo black ink which enhances the black spots in the photo. For now, the XP-6100 prints borderless color images. It supports Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. Also, you can use the IFTTT recipe to get the job done faster.

At the same time, it churns out a fairly fast printer and quick and fast copy. People at PC Mag have tested this printer to see that it can print about 15 pages per minute. This makes it a great choice for the home office, where you can print both documents and pictures.

For the record, the XP-6100 is a four-process color printer.

But the price comes at a lower cost, and the XP-6100 doesn’t have an automatic paper feeder for the scanner. That said, these photo printers have easy connection options. In addition to the slot for SD card and USB card slot, it bundles a USB 2.0 port for wired connection. Also, it supports Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi Direct for wireless printing.

When it comes to cost, it’s decent. If you plan to print less, the cost will increase and vice versa. Also, the USB port works with flash drives.

2. CANON TR8620 ALL-IN-ONE PRINTER

Another all-in-one inkjet printer is the Canon TR8620. Like the one above, it’s not a dedicated photo printer, but it does a pretty good job of delivering glossy images. It has a five-ink printer and provides sharp images with clear details and accurate colors. And a modern day printer, it also supports voice commands like Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.

When it comes to general print, it also provides a good text-based print. The writing looks dark and sharp. Again, this is a fast printer and can print photos in 3 minutes. The same goes for regular prints. The people at Thomas Hardware tested the speed on a 5-page text document and got it to print in about 32.6 seconds.

And voice command support means you can print simple things like calendars with simple commands when the printer is connected to Wi-Fi.

Unlike the one above, this printer has only one SD card slot. It has a USB slot, which can only be used to connect to a PC. Beyond that, the Canon TR8620 comes with an Ethernet port and supports Bluetooth 4.0 and Wi-Fi (2.4GHz and 5GHz bands).

It has the same limitations as the printer above. You need to manually copy and scan the paperwork. Here, the ink cost of this inkjet printer is a little higher. So if you plan to print and copy a large number of files and photos, it may cost you a little more than other models.

3. HP ENVY PHOTO 7855 ALL IN ONE PHOTO PRINTER

The HP Violence Photo 7855 addresses a major flaw - it comes with an Automatic Document Feeder (ADF), which means you don't have to manually load the paper tray to scan or copy. It is also capable of auto-duplex and supports HP's e-print, and third-party mobile connection options. Envy Photo 7855 offers black and multi color prints.

In addition to photo-print, the print quality is good for normal print. The previous post seems sharp, while the photos are above average for the price. The colors in the photos are saturated and vibrant and there is no banding on the dark (or black) parts.

The HP Envy Photo 7855 is decently fast and speeds up to about 15ppm for normal printing. But, it will take extra time to print the picture.

Fortunately, it comes with an SD card slot and a USB port, which means you can easily print pictures from a card or flash drive. Also, print support simplifies the printing process because it allows you to send files and email attachments for printing.

You can connect it via Wi-Fi or opt for a wired connection. It's not without problems though. Although it comes with ADF mode, it does not automatically scan two-way documents.

4. EPSON EXPRESSION PHOTO XP-8600

The Epson XP-8600 is a small and compact printer that produces extremely detailed and vivid photos. It uses a six-ink system, which plays a role in making photos natural and color perfect. Unlike the one above, this printer does not have an ADF.

It is good at graphics as well as regular print distribution. The prints are sharp, and the lines appear clear and precise.

While the XP-8600 delivers great quality images, it's not the fastest printer around.

Connection options are similar to the printer above. You get options for wired and wireless connectivity. Naturally, regular printing on a six-ink printer would be a bit more expensive than its two-ink-based counterparts.

However, if you regularly print black ink documents and occasionally print pictures and graphics, it’s worth the shot.
