UPSC Exam Calendar 2022

This year's UPSC Civil Service Exam 2022 notification will be published in February, and the exam will be held on June 5, 2022. Preliminary examinations for the Civil Service will begin on 16 September. Here is the entire project schedule:

Exam Calendar - UPSC Exam

It has been decided that the preliminary examinations for Engineering Services (Prelim) and Combined Geo-Scientist (Prelim) will be held on February 20, 2022. April 10, 2022, will be the date of the first NDA and NA exams and the first CDS exam.

The Combined Medical Services Examination will be held on July 17, 2022, while the Indian Forest Service (Main) Examination will be held on November 20, 2022.


The CISF AC (CISF Accreditation Commission) (EXE) LDCE-2022 exam will be held on March 13, 2022, while the Civil Services (Preliminary) and Indian Forest Service (Preliminary) exams will be held on June 5, 2022, respectively.


The IES / ISS exam will be held on June 24, while the Combined Geo-Scientist (Main) exam will be held on June 25 and the Engineering Services (Main) exam will be held on June 26.
The Combined Medical Services Test (CMSE) is scheduled to take place on July 17, 2022, with the Central Armed Police Force (ACS) test scheduled for August 7 of the same year.
The S.O./Steno (GD-B / GD-I) LDCE exam will be held on 10th December, and the (reserved) UPSC RT / exam will be held on 18th December in New Delhi.

Due to Covid-19, the commission was forced to suspend the civil service examination this year. In May, the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) announced that it had decided to postpone the preliminary examination of the Civil Service, which was scheduled to take place on June 27. The preliminary examination will now be held on October 10 instead of earlier.

Step II Completion of UPSC CSE 2021 Application Form

Pay UPSC application fee online (via SBI Net Banking / Debit Card / Credit Card) or offline (in cash through SBI Bank Invoice) using SBI Bank Invoice. (There is no fee for female, SC / ST / PWD applicant or disabled; all other candidates must pay 100 rupees.)

Photographs, signatures and photo ID cards must be uploaded as scanned photos following UPSC requirements.
