Step 4: The Browser Developer Tools window will open. In the 'Visit' tab, it will highlight the area containing "All Contacts". Just right click in this area -> select copy -> copy outerhtml.

Step 5: Now open any web HTML editor such as Adobe Dreamweaver, Notepad ++ or Simply use Notepad. Create a new file and paste all the data and save this file to your computer desktop or anywhere you go with the extension '.html'.

Step 6: Open this saved file in your computer browser. You can see all the contact numbers but it is not easy to save. So, in that file, just change it to "," <br> [comma to break line] and save it. Just refresh your browser and all the numbers in one column.

Now you can easily maintain the Excel file. This way, you can extract or download all contacts from any WhatsApp group.

2. Google Chrome Extension: 'Download WhatsApp Group Phone Number'

The 'Download WhatsApp Group Phone Number' app lets you download all contacts at once. This little chrome extension makes our work easier. Let's see how to use:

Step 1: Open WhatsApp in your computer browser. Add the 'Download WhatsApp Group Phone Number' extension to your Chrome browser. An icon will appear in the extreme right of the address bar.

Step 2: Now, click on this icon, it will open Whatsapp in a new tab. Now go back to the group whose contacts you want to download.

Step 3: Click on the 3 vertical dots - click on the 'Menu' icon -> 'Download information'. Yes, this option has been added by this little Chrome extension. It will download details of all group members such as 'Contact Public Display Name' and 'Phone Number'.

How To Copy WhatsApp Group Contact Web Using Google Chrome Extension

To copy your group chat contacts from WhatsApp to a spreadsheet, you need to use a computer.

The first way to achieve this is to use a Google Chrome extension To use this option, follow the steps below

Visit the Google Chrome Web Store. Then, download and install the Get WhatsApp Group Contacts extension.

After installing the extension, go to WhatsApp Web in your Chrome browser.

Scan the QR code with your phone's camera to sync and open your WhatsApp.

Select the WhatsApp group from which you want to get people's contact details, look in the top right corner of the group page and click Save Contacts.

To save phone numbers in this format, select Save CSV File You can choose to copy to the clipboard, and then paste to an Excel sheet.
