Reset device
Yes, the same old trick has saved us every time something goes wrong in the moment. If you experience any kind of buffering problem while streaming online, pause the content and exit the app and then restart the device you were viewing (television, smartphone or laptop).

Also, as an additional measure, you can try resetting your home Wi-Fi network to see if streaming improves quality.

If you are viewing content on a mobile device or laptop, you can start by checking the current Internet speed on your network connection. Go to Google, type speed test and press enter. Choose a website to test the speed of your network to determine if there are problems with the Wi-Fi or mobile data pack. To stream high quality, you need almost the minimum speed. 15 MB per second to buffer HD content.

Limit the number of connected devices
Almost all of our gadgets and tools are connected to our home Wi-Fi network, right? You may not realize it, but with about 7-8 devices always connected to your Wi-Fi, it can be all your family members' phones, smart TVs, coffee makers, video doorbells and more. So, in this case it may increase the chances of your potential smart TV or phone or any device on which you are viewing the content not getting enough bandwidth over the internet connection. To avoid this, you can try to disconnect all other devices from your Wi-Fi and check if only one device solves the problem of slow buffering with this connection.

No matter what streaming service you use, it always offers an option for picking up streaming speed including: high, medium and low. So, next time, whenever you are experiencing slow streaming or buffering problems, try switching speed and changing current settings. If you are streaming high quality, switch to the bottom, let the playback play for a while and then return to the original settings. This is a useful hack that can substantially improve the streaming value of your content.

If the steps described above do not work very well for you, there may be some server related issues from the end of the streaming service. You can contact their support team or go to an alternative streaming service in the meantime to resolve the issue.
